Business Development Executive
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executives to promote and sell IT products and services, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company’s business growth.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Pitch IT services including Web Development, Mobile Applications, Software Solutions, and Digital Marketing.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and product presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Maintain and update lead and client information in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Internship Opportunities
We run structured internship programs for engineering and product management students. Interns at CodePluse work on real projects under the guidance of experienced team members and gain practical industry exposure that adds real value to their portfolios.
We offer both 3-month and 6-month internship tracks with paid stipends. High-performing interns may also be considered for full-time opportunities after successful completion of the program.
